Hifi House Warranty
Hifi House holds the highest standards when it comes to the design and installation of our systems. That is why all Hifi House systems hold a one year warranty. We will cover all in-home service calls related to our workmanship and product warranty repair/replacement during that time. After a 90 day grace period, we will not cover any “user error” or “simple operational errors.” To clarify, this includes the following:
- Rebooting Cable/DSS/Verizon boxes
- Rebooting network gear
- Replacing batteries in remotes
- Remote operational error
- Replacing flashers on equipment
- Making sure the cable box/DSS/Verizon boxes are on after a power outage
- Making sure the surge protector is turned back on after a power outage
- Hooking up gaming systems to an existing system
