GMH Associates, Newtown Square, PA

The GMH organization is the largest owner and operator of student housing in the United States. They retained Hifi House Commercial AV to design and install the audiovisual systems for their new corporate headquarters in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The project included the design and installation of a corporate boardroom with a complete presentation system utilizing rear projection tecnology, including audio and video conferencing. The Crestron control system allows for easy control of all of the system components as well as room lighting and electric shade control. The project also included portable presentation carts for use in nine conference and break out rooms and interactive whiteboards installed in conference rooms. A complete Satellite TV system was installed throughout the facility.
