This project came to Hifi House Commercial AV through IMC Construction, a longtime, trusted partner. They provided us the opportunity to seamlessly integrate a state of the art divisible training room together with two conference rooms. The most important aspect of this project, both for us, and the end user, was to make each room function seamlessly and operate as user-friendly as possible. This became especially clear after meeting with the client, and seeing their dissatisfaction with their current training room. “Training is a critical aspect of having top notch employees, so it was very important for us to make sure the divisible training room was state of the art, and that there is no time wasted setting up presentations, and to make sure CCAD is able to have clear and reliable conference calls,” says Rich Diperstein, Director of Sales at Hifi House Commercial AV. “This led us to design what we see as a completely state of the art training room, along with two conference rooms.”
The first room is the divisible training room, which has been designed to incorporate a ceiling-mounted projector, and also two 65” wall mounted flat panel displays. The displays will support any video source, both analog and digital. This room will also have audio and video conferencing capabilities, with in-ceiling speakers to deliver audio. In-ceiling microphones have also been installed, which will allow the room participant to easily demonstrate significant voice enhancement. This room is all controlled with an in-wall Crestron touch panel.
The next room CCAD asked us to design is their board room. The board room will contain a state of the art 70’’ thin wall mounted LCD panel, which will allow the customer to view the highest resolution picture available. This room will also support analog and digital video sources. In-ceiling speakers have been installed for audio.
Finally, we installed a 65’’ flat panel LCD display in CCAD’s executive conference room. This room will also have the ability to view both analog and digital video sources. In-ceiling speakers have been installed throughout the room to distribute audio.
