Hifi House Commercial AV, a division of the High Fidelity House Group, is looking for aCommercial Sales Professional experienced in selling AV solutions to corporate, educational, and/or governmental clients to join our Broomall, PA office. The Sales Candidate must be highly motivated, self-disciplined and focused on getting results through the use of excellent communication and selling skills, along with a comprehensive knowledge of the products and the associated technology. “On-the-job” experience will provide an adequate base to succeed in this position. A minimum of five years experience in some part of the Audio/Visual industry is desired.
Job Description
The candidate should have the knowledge and experience to sell design-build and design-specified integrated audio/video systems, help manage the execution of projects, and will regularly:
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Interact with industry consultants, architects and other contractors
- Interpret, define and negotiate contract terms
- Create pricing agreements for product sales.
- Create and maintain master estimates for design-build and design-specified projects
Computer/Technical Skills
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is suggested but not required. Additional familiarity with AMX/Crestron/Extron/Polycom/Tandberg products is a plus. A working knowledge of fundamental electronics and electrical interfaces as applied to audio/visual systems devices is a practical necessity.
A/V Technician
Hifi House Commercial AV, a division of High Fidelity House, Inc., is seeking an experienced AV Technician to join our Commercial Integration Team. This position will be based out of our Broomall, PA office.
Qualifications
The preferred candidate will have excellent technical skills, with a minimum of 3 years experience in the installation of commercial audio visual systems. Technicians should have knowledge in the installation of audio video switching, processing, control systems, audio conferencing, video conferencing, and equipment rack fabrication.
Proficiency integrating the following manufacturer’s equipment: Tandberg, Polycom, Crestron, AMX, Clearone, Polycom Vortex, Extron, BSS and others.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include seeing a project through to completion from the pre-wire stage to customer training. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to travel in the US are also requirements. Driver’s license is required.
