My ears are thrilled!!!!!!!I am just dying to have free time enough to sit and listen to EVERY single oneof our thousands of favorite songs. It’s like a total rediscoveryproject!!!!!!!! Jason M. was here on Monday and thanks to his expert efforts the universal remote is performing beautifully. Jason came in with his plan for programing the remote. Once the programing was complete he took care of other system problems, gave me instruction on how to use the remote and left with me being a very happy HiFi House customer.
I found Jason to be very knowledgeable, professional, and a person who works hard to uphold the high standards of HiFi House. My thanks to Jason and to you, Gene, for making my encounter as a customer of HiFi House another great experience.

To you and all my friends at Hifi House, I just want to express my gratitude for a great customer experience. Everyone in the store has been so nice to me.
As you know, I had long thought about replacing my electronics with a higher end system. My discussions with you were very helpful. The more we talked, the more interested I became in making the upgrade, and I’m so glad I did. What a difference! You gave me the guidance I needed to make informed choices. You also made it fun, and I felt very comfortable and at ease every step of the way.
I could not be more pleased with the Paradigm Signature Series S1’S and center channel S3. It is remarkable how big the sound is from those small S1’s. Also, the new Anthem MRX700 is a beast. Of course I’m very happy with the Velodyne sub as well. The new system brings my music collection to life, enabling me to hear things in recordings that were previously lost in the mix. Finally, the Sony Bravia 52LX900 is just fabulous.

I just wanted to tell you how impressed I was with the two guys that came out here to install the new TV and the Sonos products, Paul and Brendan. They were extremely professional, they knew everything about the products, the house construction, and how to best set up the products, with clear instructions on how to operate everything. I can’t tell you how great they were. I will definitely recommend your services to everyone I can.
Besides how great they were, you too were fantastic. Thanks for all the assistance in figuring out exactly what I was envisioning. It came together pretty much exactly what I wanted. I’m sure we’ll be doing more business in the near future.

I wanted to follow up and commend members of the HiFi House staff for exquisite customer service.After speaking with Steve yesterday morning about a power surge that “knocked out” our complete surround system, he promised that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. Later that afternoon Chris called me to discuss the problem. After a brief description of the sound emitting from the system when connected to the mains, he confirmed that the system’s Surge Protector had “blown”, effectively protecting all of the components as designed. Using another surge protector strip, Chris walked me thru all the steps to reconnect the system, and when we plugged it in, everything worked fine! He then checked that the store in Jenkintown had a replacement PST (surge protector) that I could get in the morning when the store opened at 9am. He patiently stayed on the line with me throughout the entire process, and I was amazed at his technical knowledge and ability to explain to me what happened. Couldn’t thank him enough!
When I showed up at the store in the morning at 9am, I discovered that normal opening time is 10am. I called the main number and got Dave, who was in the warehouse. When I explained the situation, he confirmed that he had a PST and would open the store so I could pay for the unit without having to return an hour later. He then showed me where the components should be plugged into the PST. When I mentioned that we might be moving to a new home within the next year, Dave spent 20 minutes discussing the services HiFi House could provide to remove the system from our home and reinstall it in the new house. While I had a great experience when you installed our system eight years ago, I was pleased to hear how easy it would be to move it as well.
I never take great customer service for granted, and wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the help of your staff over the past 24 hours.

As involved consumers, we don’t hesitate to complain when service is not up to expected standards. Consequently, we’d like to pass on praise when we get service that doesn’t just meet but exceeds our expectations. A recent experience with your employee Chris Mckeith (from the Broomall store) made a potentially difficult experience much better and, in the process, guaranteed our continued business with HiFi House.
We purchased over $20,000 worth of equipment from HiFi House in 2008. We had some small issues with the system at the time of installation, all of which Chris arranged to have taken care of immediately. However, this past July, the Pioneer Elite stopped working–much to my husband’s horror, since he loves the system with true audiophile/videophile passion. We had limited time frames to be home from work and upcoming plans that required the TV to work. Chris sent workers out to try to bypass the problem on the unit and when, that didn’t work, arranged to have the TV picked up during the one afternoon when we could be home (on an hour’s notice). He gave us info to call Pioneer to try to get some financial help with the repair (no luck), then arranged for the TV to be repaired immediately. Each day while we were trying out different means of making the TV work when it was in the house brought different challenges; we called and emailed Chris multiple time a day for help and he answered every question patiently and helpfully. His advice was always reasonable but, most of all, we felt taken care of during a period that was stressful for other reasons as well. I don’t like feeling like my connection with a store stops when the bill comes through, and, since my husband’s work means he’s rarely home, the job of repairing most things falls to me. Chris’s hands-on involvement went beyond good customer service. His sincere desire to help us and his unwavering friendliness in all dealings (even when I might have been aggravating him to death) took the stress of managing this repair off both Jeff and me. He’s earned our admiration and respect–as has HiFi House for employing him.
Please know that we plan to recommend HiFi House to all of our friends who are in the market for equipment and will definitely return to you for future purchases. The price of something isn’t just the money spent–you need to figure in the psychological cost of dealing with the equipment as long as it “lives.” In that sense, we got a real bargain from you!!

Your recent install of my home theater was outstanding, beyond my expectations.
Your technician was careful, respectful of my house, kept everything clean, and installed everything to my complete satisfaction. This included a lot of custom wiring and routing through ceilings and walls.
When he left, everything worked perfectly and the room was cleaner than when he arrived.
This is a level of service that is without equal in my experience.

I bought a new construction house and after looking around, it was obvious Hifi House was the only way to go. Hifi consists of down to earth guys that make your house a complete entertainment home. No one else could handle my needs such as Hifi House. They understood my vision and helped me understand how it was possible through their technical expertise. I was thinking about you at the Philly Mag House. I just wanted to say “hello” and say that it was nice to see Hifi House represented another year at the design house. You all have done a great job on the audiovisual stuff. The house is really terrific, and all of us on the Board of the Phila. Ronald McDonald House are so appreciative of everyone’s efforts. We raise about $80,000+ with the ticket sales, so it goes a long way in providing housing for the families of children in area hospitals.
